In the battle against opioid abuse, we are taking action. Visit the Opioid Tool Kit for resources to support your practice and encourage best practices in opioid use and pain management.

We have tools and resources in place to help you coordinate care across the physical and behavioral health continuum. Access the resources below for support in your practice.

Screening is an important part of coordinating care. We provide downloadable screening tools, like the Generalized Anxiety Disorder (GAD-7) to help inform this process. Please see the Depression ToolkitSUD Toolkit, and ADHD Toolkit to access other tools and screeners.

Member Benefits

As a CareSource provider, you can easily access members’ benefits to best serve their needs.

BeMe Mental Health Support

CareSource Hoosier Healthwise (HHW) members ages 13 through 18 will have access to a FREE teen-centric behavioral health platform designed to improve the mental health and emotional well-being of our adolescent members. BeMe Health will serve as an early intervention program to reduce teens’ crises and to help them engage in outpatient behavioral health services.

The platform has three components—technology, touch, and treatment to increase teen engagement through personalization, digital relevance, self-care resources (including compelling content about adolescent behavioral health issues), and automated check-ins. It provides teens with virtual self-care, as well as texting, coaching, and clinical treatment from behavioral health coaches and licensed clinicians to support them with their own emotional concerns.
