Transportation

Do you need a ride to the doctor? CareSource can help. We will pay a driver to take you there and bring you back. You can get a ride to:

  • Any doctor visit or health care appointment
  • The local Women, Infants and Children (WIC) office
  • Medicaid redetermination appointments at the County Department of Job and Family Services

Each CareSource Member can ask for 15 free rides (30 one-way trips) per calendar year. Remember, if you have an emergency, call 911 or go to an emergency room.

Who should I call?

1-800-488-0134 (TTY: 1-800-750-0750 or 711).
