Do you need a ride to the doctor? CareSource can help. We will pay a driver to take you there and bring you back. You can get a ride to:
- Any doctor visit or health care appointment
- The local Women, Infants and Children (WIC) office
- Medicaid redetermination appointments at the County Department of Job and Family Services
You can also call us if you have a transportation concern or issue.
Each CareSource member can ask for 15 free rides (30 one-way trips) per calendar year. Remember, if you have an emergency, call 911 or go to an emergency room.
Who should I call?
1-800-488-0134 (TTY: 1-800-750-0750 or 711)
